Media systems that work — and teams that know how to run them.
Every week, your ministry does work that changes lives. But somewhere between the pulpit and the person watching at home, the technology gets in the way — the sound cuts out, the stream buffers, the website hasn’t been updated in three years, and one faithful volunteer is carrying all of it alone.
Tomahawk Media Group helps churches and ministries build media systems that work — and teams that know how to run them. Not equipment dropped off and left behind, but a partner who designs the system, trains your people, documents everything, and stays.
Training and documentation are part of every engagement, not an add-on.
Phased roadmaps that respect real budget cycles and real stewardship.
Grant strategy experience that turns “we can’t afford it” into a funded project.
Support and training relationships, not install-and-disappear.
The person who assesses your ministry understands how a service actually runs.
One accountable partner for the ministry’s entire media operation, delivered in three phases.
Paid discovery · 3–4 weeks
A complete evaluation of how the ministry currently communicates: sanctuary audio and video, signal flow documentation, livestream quality and workflow, website and digital presence, media team capacity, and the pathway from online visitor to in-person relationship. Delivered as a plain-language findings document, a roadmap phased against realistic budget cycles, and a working session with the pastor and leadership — including an assessment of grant eligibility and available funding sources.
Project · phased to your budget cycle
Execution of the assessment priorities, scoped to the congregation’s actual budget cycle. Typically sequenced audio → video → livestream → digital presence, though the assessment determines the order. Every install includes full signal-flow documentation and hands-on training for the media team.
Monthly retainer · ongoing
Continuous support, scheduled media team training, system maintenance, content and communications management, and quarterly strategy review with leadership.
Paid diagnosis, delivered as a plain-language findings document and a phased roadmap you can act on — with us or without us. It is a product, not a sales call.
